Shipping

Shipping fees are not included in the price of goods. Please contact us prior to purchase to receive a shipping quote to the delivery address based on the type of service required. If a product is purchased prior to receiving a shipping quote, a shipping cost will be furbished within 1 business day. For smaller goods, we offer door-to-door express or ground delivery. For larger items, white glove delivery and door-to-door delivery are available based on the item. International shipping is available upon request.

Condition of Goods

ODYSSEY gallery stands behind the quality of our products. For our products that are sold in vintage or antique condition, these goods are sold in ‘as is’ condition. ODYSSEY gallery is not responsible for the future function or performance of such items.

Returns and Exchanges

All purchases are final sale. We do not currently offer returns or exchanges.

Accepted forms of Payment

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards via our website’s secure payment processing terminal.

Damage Incurred During Transport

The buyer is required to notify ODYSSEY gallery in writing within 48 hours of receipt of a delivery damaged in transit. Notification of damaged goods outside of this period may result in the inability for the customer to be reimbursed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax based on the delivery address of shipment will be charged for all goods sold.
